Chez> call me if you want to talk. I will send you my phone number via less public means. Cake will turn up somewhere, I think. maybe she just got lost? maybe some hippy picked her up but will see the signs and return her like the wind?
I think I felt some version of your sick this week... too much running around, trying to see everyone and screwing around with classes. and now Sabo didn't come home from that party last night and she STILL isn't here, twelve hours later. I'm going to call her soon just to make sure she isn't dead. We were supposed to bike to this lake today but I doubt that will happen. I'm just Worried about everyone I know. I hope she didn't do anything stupid.
Love you lots. See you soon

Cake is lost, and i feel sick and sad thinking about it.

Mortimer. I feel ultra lost. I don't think most others read this, maybe the odd random, but hey, it;s a more interesting format then a facebook email.

I am feeling like shit. It's bad enough i was freaking out about the victoria move and whatnot. But to add it it now, it;s like the titanic of all things right now, Cake is lost.

So lost, she hasnt came home for four days. Thats forever.
I've made posters with my mom today, and my dad and i have been putting them up most places. More to come.

I feel forever sick, and i am already sick! Shit sleeps. THE WORKS.
It;s like my heart is breaking, it';s like the finding the french man situation, and you know how i told about that, i felt sick? It's like, but 5 times worst.
I think im going to bury my head in a hole between looking for her, and just wait for a angel to call and say " found your cat i think... she;s cover in dirt though."

All the windows are open and I can hear the rain. I went to my lit class today and we discussed Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton and the other confessional poets for a couple hours (literally). I think I need to read the Bell Jar. My prof is so good at telling stories, being a writer himself, that I could have sat there for a few more. He was telling us about Alan Ginsberg, who made a point of trying every drug on the face of the planet and then writing poetry about it. He told us about how it is interesting to force yourself to write things at 3am and then read over them the next day.
And so it is not at all fitting that I am going to Walmart/Best Buy/ Futurshop mega-complex with Laura this evening to CONSUME (mwahahahahaha)
My mom swung by this afternoon and dropped off a bag of random stuff from home and in it was a card from this ancient lady I worked with this summer. She gave me 20 dollars too! I think I basically have to go back to that job because of the people. It's going to be hard to find such kind and laid-back people in this city. Young people suck.
Just found gum in Sarah's laundry basket- score!

Hey. I somehow lost the counter gadget thingee so I guess we won't know how many people are reading this. Probably better for my self esteem this way anyway. I am currently listening to techno beats from Hypem (see right side) And trying to ignore how tired I am. You know those days where you don't do anything except lay around and maybe put some clothes in boxes? For some reason they are more exhausting than days where you run up and down steep hills for hours, I think. So at 730 this evening I found myself wishing it were more like 10 so it wouldn't be tragic for me to go to bed. I ended up reading Travels With My Aunt and listening to Neko Case and here we are! ten to ten! I have two days left to get shit done before I move to the big city and am suddenly remembering all this stuff I've been putting off. So tomorrow I will bicycling like mad all over Parksville buying everything from printer cartridges to wool to contact lenses.
And in case you were wondering: contrary to my horoscope I have not developed a love of gangster rap and manly trucks. But maybe I should give it time?

MADDY, Mortimer and I, will miss you. Have fun in university.

Man, the sun is shinning. You're prolly at work, i'm thinking of going to the beach n' a bit.
Apparently Janina is calling me in 25 minutes, so we will see that. I want to make cookies too.
I still can't get over all awesome that afro-munazi marimba band was, i hope i can buy a marimba one day, and then become uber impressive. When we go to vancouver, we should go see colin. I don't know how you feel about him, but i think hes awesome.

I hate to treat you like a mail order bride but I am happy you got a green thumb, yo, because that means our garden will be hella balls to the walls awesome. Or however it goes. My dad is outside in the garden dancing and tossing weeds over the fence. I can basically replace his head with yours and it will be like you're home already. I am peeing myself about getting to Victoria although I just realized that I haven't even got a bed yet and have no idea where to find one... can you order that kind of stuff over the internet?
Wanna go halfies on a scooter/ moped? I saw one parked in someones front yard with a for sale sign and it has two seats! It will be like Rome!
And you should come to my house around seven next thursday. I'll maybe bake a cake
Anyways I biked home from Quali last night and then swimming in the ocean with our friend. I have to say it was the best time all week.

All my shoes are dirty.

My lady, all can say is that i'm excited to get home. Though the travels home is going to take forever, i'm leaving at 4 in the morning from thundah b'eh, just to get to that airport in time, to take a plane to toronto, to wait two hours there, then to take a five hour plane (can i say two movies and a half?!) to vancouver, and then to wait three hours, to take a lovely 20 minute plane home. How i envy that comming day.
Bearded French Men are annoyance in my life at the current moment, what i told you on the phone, just recently restarted, and then ended. Again. All i can say is that it's 6 days away. Six days away.
My second-cousin phoned me today, started out the conversation with a english accent, and telling me he's watching me, and then "hah.. all jokes, feel like going out for coffee?" I turned down the offer, as i was busy, but maybe tommrow?
I'm working 5 hours each day at this community garden, weeding, and turning compost and making it look tight, and might i say, tightness is what has been brought.
Hope the good life is treating you nice,
see you the 19th.
